A familiar way to pay without handling coins or wallet addresses. Check the full charge before confirming, and find out which withdrawal options the account offers.
Cryptocurrency
Useful when you already have a supported coin and understand the transfer. Match the coin and network, allow for fees, and check when the casino will credit the payment.
Bank transfers
Use only the deposit instructions supplied for your account. Confirm the recipient, reference, limits and charges. Do not copy details from a withdrawal guide.
USDT is designed to follow the US dollar, but it is still a token, not an insured dollar deposit. Its network and transfer costs still need checking.
An app name can mean a different kind of payment
At Ignition, MatchPay lets members trade account credits with other users. That is different from paying the casino directly through a payment app. Read how the trade works before treating an app logo as a deposit option.
Why a $25 Deposit Can Cost $28.98
The amount you enter and the amount you pay can be different. Ignition’s published card example shows how a processing fee changes the total.
Ignition’s published card deposit example
Deposit amount$25.00
Fee at 15.9%+ $3.98
Payment total$28.98
The $3.98 fee is a payment cost, not extra money to play with. Your card issuer may apply a separate charge.
Ignition lists card fees of 15.9% or higher, depending on the card. The amount shown before you confirm is the one to check. The example above is not a rate promised to every account.
A zero casino fee does not mean a free crypto transfer
Ignition says it does not add a crypto deposit fee, but the service you use to buy or send coins may charge you. Look at what leaves your wallet and what reaches the deposit address. A fee taken from the amount sent can leave less than you intended.
A bonus balance is not a cash balance
At Ignition, the balance screen separates these amounts. A deposit attached to a bonus can be locked too, not just the extra promotional funds.
Withdrawable fundsMoney available for a withdrawal request, subject to the account’s withdrawal rules.
Bonus fundsUnreleased promotional money and associated winnings, with wagering conditions still to meet.
Locked fundsThe original deposit attached to a bonus and winnings from it, held until the required playthrough is completed.
Read the minimum and maximum for the selected method. Check whether the limit is in dollars or coins, then include every payment fee in your spending limit.
2
Your payment details
Use a payment method in your own name and check any verification request in your account. A casino can ask for ID before allowing a deposit.
3
The destination
For crypto, match the coin, network, address and any expiry shown in the cashier. For a wire, use the current recipient and reference instructions. Do not reuse saved details without checking.
4
Bonus and withdrawal choices
Decide whether to take a bonus before paying. Check how you could withdraw, which conditions would apply and whether the deposit creates a waiting period.
Keep the payment confirmation until the deposit appears. Use the casino’s official account or support channel for documents, and never share a wallet recovery phrase or private key.
Paid, but the Deposit Has Not Appeared?
First find out whether the payment failed, is still pending or completed without being credited. Sending the same amount again can create a second payment rather than fix the first.
Your card was declined
Read the error and check the card details, available funds and any account request. Ask the issuer or casino to explain the failure instead of assuming who blocked it.
At Ignition, three failed attempts with the same card prevent another attempt for 24 hours. Repeated retries are not a reliable fix.
Your bank shows a pending amount
A pending amount can be an authorization hold, not a completed payment. It can reduce your available balance even when no deposit has reached the casino.
Ask the issuer whether it is pending or posted, and give casino support the date, amount and payment reference. The release time for a hold comes from the issuer, not the casino balance screen.
You sent crypto, but the balance has not changed
Open the transfer record. Check the coin, network, destination and amount against the deposit request, then check its confirmation status.
Give support the transaction ID and deposit details. If the network, address or amount does not match, report that before sending anything else. A wallet marking a transfer sent does not prove the casino has credited it.
The charge was unauthorized or the amount is wrong
Contact your card issuer promptly and keep the transaction details. An unauthorized charge or billing error is different from an authorized deposit you later lost while playing. Describe the issue accurately. Read the CFPB’s credit card dispute guidance.
Check the Withdrawal Before the Deposit
Check the withdrawal screen before making a deposit. Ignition says the available methods can depend on your account and how you deposited. A logo in the deposit menu does not promise a payout through the same service.
3 calendar daysPossible wait after a card deposit at BetOnline
BetOnline’s rules say some card or prepaid deposits require a wait of at least three calendar days before a withdrawal request. Choosing crypto for the payout does not automatically remove that deposit condition.
Keep three things separate: when your account is allowed to request a withdrawal, when the casino approves and releases it, and when the bank or network delivers it. A short network transfer does not shorten every earlier check.
There is no method that is fastest for every account. An approved card payment may credit promptly; crypto depends on the transfer network and the casino’s crediting rules. Check the estimate for the method in your cashier. A quick deposit does not guarantee a quick withdrawal.
Are crypto deposits free?
Not necessarily. A casino may charge no deposit fee while the service you use to buy or send the coins still charges you. Compare the amount leaving your wallet with the amount the casino expects to receive, rather than relying on a label saying there are no fees.
What is the minimum casino deposit?
The minimum depends on the casino, method and account. Crypto limits may be shown as a quantity of coins rather than a fixed dollar amount. Read the minimum beside the selected payment option. A promotion can require a higher deposit than the cashier itself.
Can a casino ask for ID before I deposit?
Yes. Ignition, for example, explains that identity checks can be required before a deposit. Follow the document request in your account and use the official upload channel. Entering a card security code does not replace an identity check.
Can I deposit with PayPal or Cash App?
Only where the actual service and transaction are supported. A trading service such as MatchPay is different from paying the casino directly through an app. Read who receives the payment and how account credit is supplied. An app logo alone does not confirm direct casino acceptance.
Can I withdraw with a different payment method?
Sometimes, but the deposit method can affect your available withdrawal options and any waiting period. Check the withdrawal screen before paying in. Switching to crypto for the payout does not by itself remove verification, a deposit hold or an active bonus condition.
Can a Bitcoin deposit be reversed?
A confirmed Bitcoin payment cannot be charged back like a card payment. Returning the money requires the recipient to send it back. If the transfer is still pending, ask your wallet service about its status; do not assume that closing the app cancels the payment.
Does a private wallet make a casino transfer anonymous?
No. Bitcoin transactions remain on a public ledger. Moving funds through another wallet does not erase the earlier transaction or guarantee acceptance by an exchange. Read the rules of the wallet and exchange you use, and keep your recovery phrase and private keys private.
Choose the Method, Then Check the Cashier
Start with a method you understand, compare its costs and check the account’s withdrawal rules. For cards, the useful number is the full charge. For crypto, the coin, network and amount all need to be right.
